How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all Australian orders the same day if placed before 12PM AEST. Orders after 12PM are shipped the next business day.
Delivery times:

• Standard: 2–3 business days (metro) / up to 7 days (rural)

• Express: 1–3 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
Orders under $150:

• Standard: $7

• Express: $12

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we accept exchanges on undamaged, unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, with tags attached.
Please note:

• We do not cover return shipping costs

• Items with marks, scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered for items with a clear manufacturing fault.
We do not offer refunds on:

• Sale items

• Items bought with a discount code or during promo periods

• Sample items

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we're working on it! For now, we ship Australia-wide.
